Our Carers and Training – Sure Care Bromley
We provide a range of training opportunities for carers, in association with nationally
recognised institutions and the Bromley Training Consortium.
All carers are provided the statutory training in
Common Induction Standards and Moving and Handling.
Carers are given an opportunity to participate in many care
related training courses to assist them develop into a well trained care team.
We offer our own Level One Care
Training Course to beginners who join as Care Assistants. Carers are motivated to provide a high level of service to all clients.
The best performers receive a Star Carer and a Runner-Up Award, each quarter.
